Ana Teresa Silva is a solution-based journalist (or constructive journalist), writer, life coach and catalyst speaker.

Ana Teresa Silva combines 20 years of journalism & writing to her work as a Life Coach, NLP Practitioner and PSYCH-K® facilitator.

As founder and director of the international magazine I’M Magazine she interviewed, all over the world, extraordinary people that are changing the world: visionary social entrepreneurs, innovative researchers and thinkers, leading edge scientists and best-selling authors in the field of personal transformation.

As a Life Coach, NLP Practitioner and PSYCH-K® Facilitator, she helps people achieve a wide range of goals. In addition to obtaining the International Certification of Coaching and NeuroLinguistics (NLP) with ICL, she was part of the first group in Portugal to have advanced PSYCH-K® Certification, which Bruce Lipton, author of the bestseller “The Biology of Belief “, considers a major step toward the new psychology of the 21st century.

Ana Teresa Silva also made the School of Biodanza of Portugal (3 years), Aura Reading Course, Energy Medicine, Reiki, Art of Living, among other trainings in the area of ​​Authentic Leadership and Movement Analysis.

Previously, from 2010 to 2012, she was regularly present at SIC Mulher (Portuguese television channel) to share inspirational examples of positive change.

In 2012, she was invited to create the digital magazine MSN Health and Wellness and, one year later, the digital magazine Inspire Saúde.

She was also responsible for organizing one of the largest events in Portugal on fitness, wellness and health, held in May 2015 at the CCB (The Cultural Centre of Belém).

In 2015, she co-created, organized and produced the Portuguese +, television programs for TVi24 with success stories of portuguese abroad.

As a writer, she is best known for her novels (her first novel “Jogos de Palavras” won a 1st prize award), but she also writes children’s fiction, poetry, theatre plays and screenplays for cinema and television.

She has now finished a new book “The man who never shed a tear”, her first psychological thriller, which will be released soon.
